Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.

· Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and reports.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-person.

· Provide information about restaurant services, menus, pricing, and special promotions.

· Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

· Liaise with customers to understand their event requirements and preferences.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Job responsibilities:

· Provide HR support and administration which includes recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits

· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information in HRM system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries

· Maintain proper worker records and to administrate employee benefits programmes including annual leave, medical & insurance

· Responsible for work passes applications, renewals, cancellations and monitoring of employment quota

Requirements:

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop production plans and schedules for shipbuilding and repair projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to evaluate the viability and cost-effectiveness of production methods and processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements as necessary to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with procurement and admin team to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for production activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to safety, environmental protection, and quality management systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production workers.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field..
• Proven experience in production engineering or manufacturing management, preferably in the marine industry or a related heavy industry sector.
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, equipment, and materials, including welding, machining, fabrication, and assembly techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Able to lead a team of foreign workers
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house-keeping
• Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
• Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site.
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
• Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works;
• Supervise site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion;
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned.

Job Description:

• Pick up workers from dormitories and drop them off at various job sites on the scheduled timing.
• Transport arrangement for workers such as send workers for swab test, training, medical check-up, thumb print etc.
• Do delivery and collection of materials from suppliers when needed.
• Send workers back to dormitories from jobsites on the scheduled timing.
• Do ad hoc duties such as deliver documents from HQ to sites.
• Daily checks on vehicle and comply to safety regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Class 3 driving licenses
• Comfortable in driving a 10-footer lorry
• Must be able to read simple English
• Must be physically fit to carry heavy (10kg and above) goods at times
• Able to communicate well
