Job Description

• Reports to the top management
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time, and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

• A Degree in Arch, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying, which is recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions, or BCA.
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in cleanroom works or relevant construction industries
• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Description:

• Carry out the overall project planning, cost control and project management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure e ective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.
• Review contractual terms, and attend meetings/ site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.
• Monitor works for the contract, and ensure that it is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works.
• Manage the project team, and provide effective supervision to ensure that works is carried out in a manner that meets quality standards, along with WSH objectives.
• Be the key personnel to resolve site problems, and conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period.
• Provide leadership to team members to ensure e ective resolution.
