Position: Digital Product Manager- Management Consultant, 1 year contract

Job Summary:
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
2. Product Development:
- Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the design and development of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
3. User Experience and Customer Feedback:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and effective user experiences.
- Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels, including surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
- Use customer insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
4. Agile Project Management:
- Implement agile methodologies to manage product development and delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
- Track and report on product performance, milestones, and KPIs.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product performance, user satisfaction, and business value.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of digital product development, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and customer feedback platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience working on Salesforce products will be advantageous
