About the job:
Responsible for scheduling clients and Care Professionals in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assist with Care Pro training including training required to meet company Standards and additional optional training.
- Review Care Logs for any anomalies and contact pertinent parties by phone and email.
- Schedule and conduct Care Pro engagement meetings.
- Monitor clock ins and notify appropriate persons when CG is late, etc and follow-up with CG and/or client
- Develop engagement strategies that utilize the 5 Care Pro needs to promote Care Pro retention and satisfaction.
- Work in partnership with the Scheduling and recruiting Departments to review Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity utilizing the software system.
- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline.
- Assign monthly Empower CEU’s to all care pros and ensure they are paid for the training.
- Plan and successfully execute all Care Pro meetings.
- Following the company Standards; conduct reference checks, work verifications, and drug screens on all Care Pros.
- Alert at risk expired certifications to RRC.
- Assist with New hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Pros, clients and family members.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conduct client/Care Pro introductions as needed.
- Assist when scheduling needs arise such as immediate call offs or all hands on deck
- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing and assisting employee concerns
- WellSky/ClearCare experience is required
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the senior care industry is a plus
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word
