The Accreditation and Program Specialist will provide administrative and program support for the Bachelor of Arts, Social Work and Master of Social Work programs This position supports the Program Directors of both programs in developing, organizing, editing, formatting, printing, and mailing professional accreditation reports and documents for the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). This position also coordinates with the social work faculty members to ensure that all BASW and MSW curricular and student support materials are in continuous compliance with CSWE accreditation standards. This position is responsible for program operational functions, prioritization of essential duties and responsibilities, and providing resolutions where applicable. The role manages all social work documents, web pages, and resources. - This position maintains a close working relationship with the Central Office, providing documents and other information as needed.
Although this is a primarily remote work position - there is a mandatory in-person requirement to come in to the Irvine, CA headquarters on occasion. Remote from any of the following states – Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.
The hiring range for this position is $17.93-$24.38 per hour. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Manage communication for faculty, students and other stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strategies to connect with students to foster relationships with university developments, raise awareness about education opportunities, and work with leaders across the programs and the organization to help implement activites and programs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with University, government, regulator, and/or funding agencies policies, procedures, and documents.
- Assist with collating, organizing, editing, creating, and formatting of social work accreditation reports and required charts, tables, forms, and attachments.
- Manage printing and mailing of social work accreditation documents or reports and collaretal peridocially throughout the year.
- Format, maintain, and continuously update the student and faculty records as needed for social work accreditation (e.g., CSWE-formatted faculty CV forms, admission documents, etc.), manage records of BASW and MSW student disposition reports with includes student conduct.
- Assist in data collection and management related to reports, surveys, and forms.
- Manage updating of social work manuals, web pages, and other documents to clearly reflect and align with the current EPAS accreditation standards
- Continuously update CSWE curriculum matrices as social work courses are updated.
- Update and maintain program calendars, including but not limited to scheduiling facilities, meetings, programs, and events.
- Develop timelines to monitor workflow, maintain accurate records of follow-up procedures, and track activities for all ongoing administrative functions.
- Provide administrative support and coordination of Social Work Student Association (student group mandated by CSWE), and for the Phi Alpha-Beta Gamma Delta Chapter, and any other social organizations supported by the Social Work Department.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent five years of progressively responsible administrative experience managing multiple priorities in a complex working environment.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Position may be required to work flexible hours particularly given extended hours of operation and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
