To work alongside and in partnership with colleagues in delivering treatment in the most timely and efficient manner, including the reporting of any concerns regarding patient care. 10. To attend MDT meetings for complex patients. 11. To stay up-to-date and engaged with the latest research and developments in ADHD assessment and treatment and mental health. The facility has a dedicated Torus housing team who work collaboratively with the care provider to ensure all residents are able

Responsibilities:

* Carry out viewings of properties with applicants and potential applicants, promoting the benefits of extra care services.
* Develop personal plans and agree interventions that enable residents to manage their tenancies safely and successfully.
* Assist residents with settling in and maintaining their tenancy, including understanding their rights and responsibilities as
residents.
