The Senior Contracts Manager supports the US Sales organization by providing expertise in negotiating and drafting a variety of business to business contracts as a part of the US Legal Contract Management team.  Develops, reviews, negotiates and approves non-standard contractual terms and conditions. Responsible for end to end contract negotiation for edits and custom contract terms requested by customers, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders. • Provides guidance on contractual terms, policies and procedures to sales organization, project managers and other operational/legal support staff, including training on contracting practices and procedures.

• Works directly with Risk Management Department / Finance / Security to coordinate and facilitate contractual requirements and performs contract risk analysis and escalates strategic contracts to senior Legal resources as applicable.

This customer facing, non-exempt HP Printer field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to HP’s Print Products customers. This position will be based onsite at the customer in the Sacramento, CA Area. This is not a remote position. Valid CA drivers license is required.  This is a team-based group of self-starting, technical/mechanical delivery professionals. Each member of the team performs installation, repair and relocates various types of HP printers and related technology on customer sites, within a defined geography.  A fast paced, constantly changing environment that requires positive approaches and demonstrated success at handling multiple stressors. Candidates must be self-contained, resourceful and determined for success.

This ever changing environment presents each team member with various daily events that educate customers about the technology, manage critical service events, and interact with multiple levels of both HP and customer management/teams. Responsible for the End-to-End quality and sustainability with allocated supply base, validate, and release components, as well as support the definition and implementation of supplier quality functional excellence initiatives. Ensures the company receives top quality product and service at all times and will investigate, root cause, and make recommendations on how to proceed with suppliers who do not meet that requirement.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under close supervision, utilizes established procedures to perform routine assigned tasks to interface directly with suppliers to follow up on the quality and performance issues, manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
• Performs on-site and remote supplier quality audits for new suppliers; participates in supplier approval process.
• Documents and follows up on audit results and required actions to be addressed by the supplier.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports in supplier performance metrics to stakeholders within quality, logistics, and manufacturing management using the appropriate software tools.
• Performs problem analysis, process, and machine capability studies as required, and for determining and proposing statistical process controls for appropriate supplier’s processes. 
• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
• Builds stable working relationships internally. 
• Normally receives specific, detailed instructions on all work. 
• Reviews and complies with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• May refer to higher level staff, if applicable, for assistance with day-to-day problems that may arise.
