Installation Management Analyst, Senior
The Opportunity:
Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a skilled program management and installation specialist who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll provide support to a Navy Command and Control Program Office in support of the Installation Manager. You’ll act as the installation liaison between the program office and other offices and platform organizations. You’ll assist the program office with the development and management of fielding plans to modernize the Navy's shipboard and shore site with the latest capabilities, and assist the program office with tracking status of installation documentation such as Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Installation Requirement Drawings (IRDs), and Fleet Readiness Control Board (FRCB). You’ll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using Navy and DoD tools like SPIDER, C4I Advance Planning Suite (CAPS), and NDE, and regular interactions with Program Managers, Installation Managers, and System Engineers. You’ll work with the program office’s financial office to ensure the execution of installation funds per fiscal year budgets, monitor installation risk and performance metrics, and advise the program office of potential impacts to installation cost, schedule, and performance. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed and grow your expertise. This is a chance to directly impact a meaningful mission, while broadening your skills in program strategy.
