Winning Work & Client Relationships

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships.

• Fully utilize in-house system to perform cost in and cost approval for shipments includes air freight, logistics and trucking shipments
• Generate and send out invoice to customer on time
• Ensure invoice are in order and are bill correctly
• Attend to customers queries on billing disputes and seek clarification on billing information and respond to customer promptly
• Perform closing activities and ensure timely closing
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information
• Closely monitor to ensure 3rd party company and part-timers on timely invoicing
• Other assignments assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Possess minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year of billing or invoicing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good working attitude and independent, able to work as a team
• Preferably those with experience in Freight Forwarding will be an advantage

• To contribute to the distinctive ethos of the school, as laid down in its Mission statement in all areas of contact and responsibility, in relationships with staff and pupils.
• To support the HOD/ICT in the management of school based initiatives.
• To provide ICT Technical Support and assistance in the school.
• To support, research and recommend in the procurement of ICT or AV resources and infrastructure for the school.
• To manage user accounts of administrative portals for operations,required by the school. within the constraints of appropriate security, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school. e.g. Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc
• To perform diagnostic service of computing and AV devices in school.
• To take charge of loans of school equipment, and manage insurance with relevant parties when defects arises during warranty period.
• To maintain and manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
• To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team.
• To man and support all ICT helpdesk requests. e.g. password resets, device loans, device troubleshooting, application installation/deletion and servicing requests.
• To perform recordings for events, lessons and competitions.
• To setup/support Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.
• To take charge of AV management and maintenance
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate.

Qualification:

• Preferably possess Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Mother Tongue.
• Good communication skills, able to give advice on relevant ICT systems and policies
• Good team player who enjoys working with staff and students
• Positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn
• Proficient in ICT systems, software or hardware
• Proficient in photography, videography, and graphic design or animation
• Able to troubleshoot system and equipment faults.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in similar job scope required for this position.
• Has experience working in an Apple iPad PDLP school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with the Java application.
• Ensure high performance of applications by writing efficient and reusable code.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional web pages.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Angular.
• Experience in building and maintaining responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Familiarity with Java application back-end integration is an advantage.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

• Experience with backend coding in Java is an added advantage.
