The Associate Chief Counsel (Finance and Management) supports the administrative, financial, and managerial programs of the Office of Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel on all management matters for the organization nationwide. The Field Operations function of Finance and Management (F&M) is responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative, program, and clerical support duties for all of Chief Counsel's field functions, located in over 50 cities nationwide.

We are recruiting aClinical Psychologist to join the team working within inpatient services for people with Intellectual Disabilities at Brooklands Hospital.

The post is split across the Specialist Assessment and Treatment service for adults and the Adolescent Inpatient Service.

Psychologists within Intellectual Disability services are fully integrated within collaborative multi-disciplinary teams, whilst also working closely with other psychologists on service development projects, to deliver training and develop groups and other interventions. The contribution of psychological services is highly valued within the teams and service management, and the team are often involved in developing innovative solutions to service needs.

The post holder will have opportunity to use the whole range of their psychological skills and experience. This will include clinical input in the form of assessments, individual and group therapies, team formulation, reflective practice and supporting other staff to undertake psychological interventions. He/she will also be involved in providing training and supervision to others and contributing to and leading on service development projects and undertaking audit and research.



The SATS and CAMHS Psychological Services team are part of a wider Psychological Services team on the Brooklands site. The psychology department is a well-established and supportive service and successfulapplicants will receive support to further develop their skills and knowledge, through good quality supervision and training opportunities. The team have a range of clinical interests and expertise in a variety of different therapeutic models including CBT, DBT and Compassion Focussed approaches.



Positive Behavioural Support is a major part of our treatment philosophy. The service ethos is to ensure that effective, evidence based interventions are provided to people who present considerable risk to themselves or others, to ensure that they can return to a less restrictive environment in the community as soon as possible.

The service has strong links with local clinical psychology training courses and regularly provides placements for trainee clinical psychologists, supervision for research, and teaching on the local courses. There are also strong links with Community Learning Disability and Intensive Support teamsacross Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.







The post holder will have post qualification experience of working with adults and/or young people with Intellectual Disabilities in community or inpatient settings.

RPS is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join our National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team based in Birmingham or Manchester. The range of work on offer is wide and varied and will provide you with rich experience in town planning. Working alongside a range of multi-disciplinary services, the role will provide an opportunity to work on varied projects, providing you with rich experience in town planning across the region. Our projects include major planning applications dealing with residential mixed-use developments, helping our customers deliver major infrastructure projects (including renewable energy) through to aiding the delivery of office, retail, or logistic schemes.

What you will be doing

You will be assisting our strategic planning work, which includes the preparation of representations to Local Plan consultations and developing planning strategies to promote land and development for inclusion in Local Plans.

· Aiding Planning Directors’ in successfully delivering their planning caseload, including preparing Planning Statements and representations to Local Plan consultations.

· Developing your written and oral communication techniques

· Directly engaging in our business development initiatives

· Actively guiding our Planners, Assistant Planners, Graduates and Apprentices

· Contributing/ engaging in our Prospects Planning Group

Who we are looking for

A fully qualified RTPI chartered town planner, with experience in a planning consultancy or local government role and:

· Aptitude to work to tight time frames

· Knowledge and experience of planning, development and environmental issues

· A good working knowledge of planning policy

· Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

· A strategic thinker and someone who can readily address problems

· A market awareness and a good comprehending of local planning issues

· Experience working in a planning policy role would be an advantage and/or experience in a city/urban planning environment within the Birmingham or Manchester region
