We are looking for Youth Mentors for our exciting new YEF (Youth Endowment Fund) contract. As part of your role, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with young people, providing guidance, support and social development.

You will be working with disengaged/ex offending young people, with an aim to reduce first time offending and prevent further offending. To do this, you will be be mentoring, providing a variety of support and attending the programme alongside them.

What youll be doing as a Youth Mentor;

• You will be a confident presenter and deliver enthusiasm, build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders (i.e. Parents, care givers, students, young people)
• You will build trusting relationships with young people through active listening, empathy and respect

• Plan, organise, prepare and agree innovative individual action plans and interventions aimed at promoting personal growth, leadership skills and community involvement.

You will be based around the East Midlands / West Midlands area with the ability to easily commute between service area locations.

To be our Youth Mentor you will;

• Experience of working with offenders or people who have multiple or complex needs.
• Experience of delivering services one-to- one and in group environments.
• Experience working in a target driven environment and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

It would also be great if you had knowledge of the criminal justice system and legislation in relation to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Driver's (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team.
• This role will require you to carry out the merchandising role as well as oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.

Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Beauty Studio at Superdrug

With Beauty Studios located in over 400 of our stores, we offer treatments from brows to nails to lashes and have partnered with professional brands such as Orly, Studex, Lash Perfect & Eyelash Emporium. We are looking for passionate therapists to join Superdrug to deliver outstanding services to our customers.

About You

• You must possess an NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy or have equivalent relevant qualifications

• A qualification & experience in acrylic nails & E-file is desirable but not essential

• Previous experience in beauty is a plus

• Confidence in approaching customers and upselling services and products

• A desire to exceed customers' expectations

• Passionate about all thing's beauty

The Role

You will join a team of therapists who are experts at what they do. You will be providing professional advice and beauty treatments for our customers to ensure they have the best in-store experience.

You will offer the following treatments:

• Nails (manicure, pedicure, gel polish and Acrylics*)

• Threading

• Tinting

• Facial & Brow waxing

• Brow lamination

• Lash extensions

• Piercings

*Acrylics only performed in certain stores
