Who you are   

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Engineer to lead the charge in designing and developing our Mango Design System (Mango DS). Your job duties will include

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (FULLY REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities:
Data Review and Validation:

• Regularly review web data sources (Google Analytics, website databases, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies across various web platforms and correct them.
• Verify data integrity by performing regular audits on datasets and data collection methods.
  

Data Analysis:

• Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and present findings to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for website performance improvements.
  

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on data accuracy, trends, and key findings.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and changes to ensure transparency and repeatability of analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics, data validation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• A plus: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and/or data visualization tools.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues.
