You will:

• Serves as a principal advisor and authority on the planning and budget formulation process.
• Supports EPA and OCFO senior leadership as a liaison to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Treasury, GSA, other federal agencies, and external entities on policy and resource matters in the formulated and appropriated budgets.

At the entry level of this position, you will:

• Conduct Working Capital Fund (WCF) IT Service Management and IT Business Studies, monitor the assigned Agency IT services and the WCF Data Processing activities, and evaluate service performance to provide recommendations to Service Management Branch (SMB) and WCFD leadership to meet divisional objectives.
• Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other specialists on routine project management issues; Assist in identifying and communicating project risks and develop mitigation plans.
