You will be initial point of contact for Building Safety related queries, contractors and other external stakeholders and effectively resolve or refer queries following L&Q’s policies and procedures.

You will support the Operational Building Safety Team with its objectives and collaborative working will be key to the success of this position. Delivering and supporting the Building Safety Managers and Assistant Building Safety Managers with the initial information gathering for creation of the Building Safety Case Reports.

The Technical Coordinator will ensure any queries and actions arising from other teams, building inspections, the Building Safety Case Report process are raised and tracked appropriately and concluded in a timely manner. Ensuring H&S, regulatory & governance compliance for areas under the job holder’s control are actioned. You will also support the team in various areas of compliance, as well as assisting in ad-hoc projects and occasional review meetings. Participate in developing policies and procedures on building safety related works.

The Technical Coordinator will contribute to the identification of risks as part of overall risks highlighted in building safety inspections and building safety case reports. You will support the Building Safety Managers and Assistant Building Safety Managers in managing these risks and raising actions in accordance with the risk rating.

You will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

-Strong administrative experiences, gained in fast paced working environments
-Basic knowledge of the Building Safety, building compliance and property/facilities management
-Good communication skills, able to work collaboratively within a team interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
-Organisational and planning skills
-Ability to work at a consistent pace
-Competent use of MS Office and able to use simple business systems, e.g. accounting systems, office applications (you will be given full training)

Schwartz is currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover North Hull and surrounding areas.

Working 40-hrs each week Monday – Saturday (with Wednesday off) this role allows for some flexibility, especially with start time. No Sunday work scheduled, only required at Christmas and double time is then paid. Some staying away from home is a requirement of this role however when working away days will be Monday to Friday.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within the major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons.
• Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
• Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
• Take full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.
• Support when required other brands in the McCormick family.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Full UK driving license (essential), the right to work in the UK and a have a UK bank account.
