This customer facing, non-exempt HP Printer & PC field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to HP’s Print & PC Products customers. This position will be a member of a high performance team made up of self-starting, technical/mechanical service delivery professionals. Each member of the team performs installation, repair and relocation of various types of HP printers, PCs and related technology on customer sites within a defined geography. This is a fast paced, constantly changing environment that requires positive approaches and demonstrated success at handling multiple stressors. Candidates must be self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to success.

Please note that this position requires candidates to live within the Salt Lake or Weber County, UT area. Valid UT drivers license is required.

This ever-changing environment presents each team member with daily opportunities to educate customers about the technology, manage critical service events, and interact with multiple levels of both HP and customer management/teams. The team is responsible for completely satisfied customers and helping to grow HP’s business in a profitable manner and within budget. It is imperative that the Field Service Rep understands the financial aspects and business impact of what they deliver, how and why. Typical service events include, but are not limited to: Hardware repair or configuration, software and simple network components, installation, and working with escalation personnel performing and assisting in technical action plans to remediate print issues.

Education and Experience Required:

Join us as we build out our Walmart Connect Non-Endemic Team. As a founding member of this team, you will be tasked with creating and executing a sales strategy to achieve the target within the annual operating plan by building plans to achieve internal annual sales objectives within the core Non-Endemic categories and beyond (QSR, Financial Services, Auto and Travel).  You’ll be tasked with:

What you'll do...

As a Partner Manager of Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal, you will report to the Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal Team Lead and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across entertainment and electronics categories.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. 

Responsibilities: 

• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals 
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts 
• Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources 
• Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, understand, and identify contacts that manage multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.) 
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment influencing both executive and day-to-day contacts
• Implement a strategy for always-on revenue so that the team begins the perpetual revenue stream of the organization 
• Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions 
• Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s ongoing product and technology developments
• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions 
• Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality objective based opportunities to RFPs 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, DR, performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background 
• Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through 
• Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell 
• Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers 
• Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner 
• Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions 
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
