Your new role
The position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday, working exclusively from the office based in Warrington.
This is a fast-paced job, so the right candidate should enjoy spinning multiple plates all the time and be able to react to the ever-changing environment.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Liaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries
Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising rental contracts to include maintenance and thorough examination processing
Liaise with the dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure all order, contract and documentation is in order and filed as appropriate
Liaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries
Liaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workload
Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising contracts
Deal with off hires, terminating agreements, field based off hire inspections.

Strong proven history within an office-based customer service position, ideally within the rental market
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be self-motivated and flexible
Possess strong administration, planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills

• Ensure all generated data is trended and stored electronically and contains all the information necessary to allow a true and accurate interpretation of results.
• Identification and enumeration of microorganisms (Gram stain/ microscopy and Biochemical tests).
• To work with and handle class 1 and 2 strains of bacteria aseptically.
• Order and restock consumables (externally and internally) for all Microbiology testing.

What you'll need to succeed

• HNC in applied Biology or relevant subject.
• Previous Microbiology Laboratory experience in a working environment is essential.
• Environmental Monitoring of cleanrooms.
• Bioburden testing (membrane filtration/pour plate) experience.
• Water testing experience.
• Good Microbiological/Aseptic techniques.
• Gram staining technique.
• Must be a driver
• Familiar with Biochemical kits.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to operate relevant testing instruments.
• Ability to analyse test results and present a report.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, or other word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Multi-task and prioritise what tasks are always the most important.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
