As the administrative coordinator for The Purina Animal Nutrition Center in Gray Summit, MO you will be providing support to the Senior Research Team and the overall facility.  We are looking for a self-motivated and self-directed individual who can work with multiple teams and enjoys a wide range of responsibilities in fast paced work environment.

The Executive Administrative Lead is expected to be able to work autonomously with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail with work that involves time-sensitive and urgent issues, tight time frames, and in demanding situations. This role will also be expected to think creatively about how we can continue to run the office more efficiently. This role will be a key member of the Office of Pfizer’s CMO.

This position will provide a full range of executive level administrative support to the CMO. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Maintain and update filing systems

• Update tracker of contractor safety performance

• Prepare monthly report for different projects

• Prepare and update manpower on daily basis for projects

• Apply administration clearance for projects

• Prepare and submit requisition form to procurement

• Prepare assessment report

• Project management on administration work

We are looking for an administrative assistant with the following skills and qualifications:

1. Must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
2. Proficient in filing invoices and managing financial documentation.
3. Capable of sending invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
4. Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
5. Ability to coordinate project details with customers and colleagues.
6. Responsible for checking incoming stocks upon delivery and monitoring outgoing stocks for projects.
