The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTU’s giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, corporations, foundations, and friends that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research that underpin a shared sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Executive, Information Management (IM) will work with the IM team to build and maintain an effective database management system, serving as a foundation for supporting alumni and donor engagement initiatives across NTU. Other key responsibilities include:
Monitoring the success rate of marketing campaigns.
Delivering accurate and meaningful data to support comprehensive analyses and research efforts.
Assisting in the maintenance of systems and software under the purview of both UAO and the Office of Alumni Engagement.
Providing training to system end users.
Gathering system requirements to meet new and changing business needs.
Requirements:
Experienced working with database management systems or databases. Proficiency in Chinese is essential as the candidate is expected to review database records in Chinese. Possess good administrative and communication skills.
Experience in using fundraising software and an advance user of Microsoft applications. Possess strong interpersonal, managerial and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders of all levels. Technically savvy and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Applicants should have at least a Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent certification in a related domain), with a minimum of two years’ working experience in customer service, and two years of relevant and related working experience in a database-related role.
