Roles & Responsibilities
1. Evaluate implications of project review findings and discussion topics on project management functions and organisational processes and procedures
2. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
3. Track project costs to meet budget.
4. Coordination with site regarding Erection and commissioning of equipment as per protocol and final documentation for handover of project.
5. Project Manager will be under Construction Sector line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.
6. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
7. Define project scope, objectives budget and outcomes.
8. Establish improvements to project management functions and organisational processes and procedures.
9. Evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance and control procedures.
10. Manage disputes by implementing appropriate resolution approaches to find solutions to disagreements.
11. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
12. Experience in Solar Projects and piping & Structure.
13. Manage all aspects including site surveys, construction budgeting, bidding, negotiations and awards, and project operation.
14. Prepare Projects materials submittals, method of statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant, and client.
15. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
16. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
17. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
