One Strawberry Lane (the best view of St James’ park)
Newcastle upon Tyne – Hybrid, two days in our One Strawberry Lane office based and 3 days at home (First four weeks will be full time office-based Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 17:00 pm)
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Flexible shift rotation. Monday to Friday currently between 8:00 am till 6:00 pm on a shift rotation.
Starting salary: £23,464 pa, with great benefits which include a Health Cash Plan

You bring
- You’re a positive, confident & enthusiastic communicator with the ability to handle objections.
- You’re resilient when faced with a challenge or when things don’t go to plan. Can you remain calm dealing with some distressing calls from customers who are relying on your help?
- You follow process when it’s important but can also think on your feet. We want a win-win for both our customer and the business.
- You care about our customers and give every customer the brilliant experience they deserve.
- You have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written language abilities. As well as calls our customers use email, Live chat, and social media to contact us. Have you experience using these tools?
- You’re comfortable leading the conversation and finding the right outcome for our customers.
Job details
- Full Time: Currently Monday to Friday between 8:00 am till 18:00 pm on a shift rotation.
- We staff bank holidays with volunteers, so if you’d like to be off, you probably can. You just need to request it.
- This leaves plenty time to attend our summer and Christmas parties, summer kid’s activities or discounted panto. We’d love you to get involved.
