About the Role
Base Location: Reading and Havant
Salary: £44,195 to £50,611 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.
What is the Role?
Enterprise IT supports a dynamic and varied business, which is comprised of complimentary verticals which underpin its Whole Systems Thinking (WST) approach. You will work as part of the team to support delivery of high-performance end-to-end IT services, supporting SSE Enterprise business services to established SLAs.
- Support to the Service Delivery Manager in implementation of innovation and continuous improvement which will help drive value for the business.
- Contribute to the overall success of the department, working holistically.
- Support major Incident resolution via incident management process and interaction with business and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to service review meetings for the business and with vendors.
- Working alongside project/product teams ensuring services dovetail into existing support patterns.
What do I need?
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic people to join a growing team. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL standards.
- Experience with the ServiceNow toolset advantageous
- Power BI experience advantageous
- Customer value focussed, reactive, and able to drive positive outcomes.
- Will to maintain perspective and value focus in sometimes busy circumstances.
