Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct estate inspections, monitor repairs, and liaise with colleagues to improve the environment.

• Attend internal and external meetings as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a housing management role or knowledge of tenancy law is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience, with a proven ability to work effectively with the public.

Enabling managers to obtain and analyse their own information. Facilitate the use, interrogation and dissemination of data produced by the national benchmark exercises and integrate in ESR. Responsible for the scheduled production of information for inclusion with the various Trust Board papers for the Trust and client organisations when required, developing the content and format in response to changing organisational requirements. Communicate with HR Business Partners and Senior Managers in each organisation to ensure service delivery/development and to adapt to changes required in detailed reports, including showing seasonal trends and progress towards Trusts targets. Responsible for ensuring documentation of working procedures and standard operating procedures for routine, statutory and ad-hoc reports are regularly updated and accessible to appropriate staff at all times. Facilitate project work as required by the Head of Service Delivery/Development, Workforce Systems and Information, to assist with the integration of new working practices. As a HR Super-user, the post holder will exercise significant discretion working with minimal supervision developing and implementing workforce systems across the Trust within the defined parameters of the system. To interact with other NHS staff to build upon existing knowledge of information issues and NHS operational working practices. Working with the software providers of workforce systems to implement and develop any new initiatives with the system, including attendance at Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and development workshops. Responsible for utilising all relevant software tools to ensure that the information is produced in the most appropriate format. Provide expert technical advice for users of ESR self-service and Allocate products. Advising users on how to run reports in BI and use of self service. Participate in and contribute to the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as local and national workforce development initiatives. KEY DUTIES
• To provide 1st line technical support for all partners and customers of Mid Mersey Digital Alliance on a rota to cover 24 x 7 working (including weekend and bank holidays) as part of an out of hours support team.
• Responsible for call answering on the IT Service Desk, monitoring calls logged through the ITSM self-service portal, and the recording of all Incidents and Requests with the appropriate information, prioritisation and classification.
• Responsible for first line resolution of incidents which includes initial diagnosis of software or hardware issues, identifying the solution and if required performing minor system changes as required.
• To allocate and escalate unresolved Incidents to other resolving groups to ensure that there is timely management of incidents in line with SLA.

What does this role involve? 

As a Customer Care Team Leader, you and your team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our prepayment customers.

Day to day, you will;

Liverpool Early Help is seeking a passionate and dedicated Outreach Family Support Worker to join a well established team. Their approach is strength-based, focused on empowering children and families by addressing emerging concerns and working together to improve long-term outcomes. As a lead professional, you will coordinate support with multi-agency partners, ensuring a whole-family approach to addressing needs and bringing about positive change for children and young people.

• Conduct early help assessments with families to identify needs and areas for support.
• Develop and implement support plans tailored to the family's needs.

A client within the Public Sector based in Merseyside is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a M&E consultancy environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide outstanding M&E designs for a large portfolio

of projects, from small, bespoke schemes to multi-million-pound developments.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Present at tender interviews.
• Identify potential opportunities.
• Prepare fee quotes.
• Prepare of case studies
• Identify suitable PR opportunities, however small.
• Prepare budget costs.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require to be HNC or degree qualified. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Autocad/Revit and IES.

It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:

• Lead schemes from inception through to completion and work to deadlines.
• Be capable of producing high quality Mechanical Services Design.
• Be a strong team player, who takes pride in their work and wants to progress their career.
• Help with the development of younger members of staff.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £45,000 - £55,000 p/a.
