As a learning support assistant, you will be supporting to deliver education to young adults in a learning environment that caters for pupils with complex behavioural support needs and health needs.

About the role:

Communicating and Influencing: Engage with others to positively influence, nurture, and motivate children, fostering behavioural growth. This also includes inspiring and guiding our team, which comprises EEPS, volunteers, and students.

Awareness: Participate in relevant conferences, seminars, and networking events to effectively raise awareness and the profile of CGL.

About you:

Applicants will have experience of working with vulnerable young people, delivering successful ETE projects, meeting targets and supporting effective participation strategies.
Hold a qualification a relevant qualification in Advice or Guidance, Criminal Justice or a Teaching Certificate.
Knowledge of legislation relating to the criminal justice system
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Resolve problems through analytical interpretation of CGL custom and practice.
Experience of team and individual development to enhance performance.
Work as an effective and reflective practitioner.
Possess a strong commitment safeguarding children/young people/vulnerable adults.
Have a full valid UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle is required for this post.
