The post holder will: Support the Designated Clinical Officer (DCO) for SEND in ensuring that the ICB meet their statutory duties for children and young people with SEND aged 0-25 years. Manage highly complex arrangements and relationships between the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire ICB and health service providers, Local Authority partners and both local area Parent Carer Forums (PCF), and stakeholders for education and social care to work in partnership with the ICB commissioning, quality, and contract teams to inform on gaps in provision and support service development. Work with the DCO, strategically, to identify need and future need of children and young people with SEN and disabilities and their families to inform SEND partnership on joint commissioning arrangements. Lead on or participate in working development or steering groups to ensure effective improvements for service design and delivery across the system to improve experiences and outcomes for children with disabilities and SEND (0-25). Be the health lead representative on a weekly Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Panels for Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Local Authority, as part of the multiagency EHC assessment process. To provide clinical expert advice to support the discussion in relation to individual Children and young peoples health needs and to analysis and provide judgements for decision making around for ensuring that children and young people (0-25) with SEND needs are being identified and provision commissioned is appropriate for meeting their needs, all within in the legal framework for requires to be secured within a EHC plan. Co-ordinate and support partners to embed the development of robust pathways to enable health service providers to meet their statutory duties; when contributing to the EHC assessment and EHC annual review process, including the legal requirements to respond to the National First Tier Tribunal Extended Powers of Appeal Provide expert advice to on a daily basis to ICB Commissioners and Quality teams, Local Authority partners; stakeholders, and parent/carers, to understand the complexities relating to the Special Education Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) legal requirements and to provide clinical advice and support to navigate a complex system to ensure the needs of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CYP with SEND (025-year-olds) are being met. To co-ordinate and support health service providers in meeting their duty to ensure information is available and accessible to services users on Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County SEND Local Offer websites. To work in partnership with the Local authorities in the co-production and ongoing review of their Local Offer website. Work collaboratively with SEND system partnerships to develop good relationships and integrated approaches for embedding delivery of the Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) agenda, through the coordination and development of transitions pathways for children and young people with disabilities, including those with an EHC plan, to access adult health services. Lead on quality assurance improvements to ensure compliance of the ICB statutory duties for the EHC assessment and annual review process, by working in partnership with service providers and local authorities to ensure mechanisms and participation in quality assurance audits, to monitor the quality of provider contributions, and reporting on performance and outcome measures to assure the ICB of compliance. Undertake analysis of data intelligence and quality reporting from health service providers providing judgement for assurance and escalate of risks to DCO and ICB commissioning, contracts, and quality leads via agreed governance structures. The post holder will be required to support a system approach to the development of a SEND training competence framework across the system workforce and deliver training sessions via face-to-face events or online sessions, to the ICB, health service providers and wider partners workforce, as required. To assist the SEND local area partnerships in the preparation and readiness for joint local area SEND inspections, to demonstrate compliance with Joint Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission SEND inspection framework requirements. Responsibilities

• To facilitate and support the educational attainment of children by liaising with the relevant professional bodies, and maintain regular contact with all schools, colleges and other settings as appropriate.
• To support the placement of a child whether that is with parents or foster carers, supporting them with their relationships with the school system
• To offer advice and support with education related issues - including bullying, assessments, learning challenges, homework and other related education issues
• To support the school staff to respond to and contribute to collecting the outcomes for the child.
• To compile and maintain educational records within the child's file, including development and implementation of robust tracking processes so that individual progress and participation can be monitored and evidenced.
• To ensure that those children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCPs) are having their needs met, that reviews are being held annually and, where appropriate, the Local Authority have adopted the EHCP.
• To liaise and inform all relevant teams members regarding the current educational progress of the child.
• To monitor and support educational attainment through oversight of education reports, exam results and other achievements.
• To regularly monitor all educational placements and attend/advise those reviews and meetings that require educational input.
• To identify those children who may be especially vulnerable and advise on preventative strategies and approaches. This will include working with the Local Authority Virtual School Head teacher to plan, and deliver where needed, extended learning opportunities, non-term time initiatives.
• To be involved in the development and training on educational issues for staff and partners.
• To network with local schools, colleges, academies and education departments.
• To maintain an updated knowledge of all education initiatives and legislative changes.

Your Role as a Hospitality Trainer:

As a Hospitality Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face.

Working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your hospitality apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.

What You'll Do:


Work with hospitality apprentices in their workplaces and online.
Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of hospitality.
Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
Support your apprentices with their functional skills. Explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices’ skills.
Develop relationships with employers in your area.


About You

We’re looking for passionate Hospitality Professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the culinary industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:


Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Coupled with a passion for teaching.
Experience managing one or more of the following: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.
A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer for our client in Long Eaton. They are the leading provider of high-quality educational equipment for engineering disciplines. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced CNC Miller to join our clients busy and highly motivated team on a permanent contract.

**The person;**


* The work is varied, interesting and demanding and they expect high standard for quality and performance.
* With a time served background you will be expected to manufacture a wide range of steel and aluminium components on our HAAS and Hurco CNC Milling machines.
* You will require a good practical knowledge of CNC machining.
* You will join the manufacturing department, ensuring that quality standards are met on all components, by following company processes, and procedures.

**Whats the job?**


* Programming, setting and operating 3 axis Haas or Hurco CNC Milling Machines within a low volume, small batch environment
* Self-inspection of components using manual measuring equipment
* Creation of programmes, jigs & fixtures for new components
* Ensure manufactured parts are produced in the most efficient manner
* Setting and running multiple machines when the component and/or batch sizes allow

*Essential*


* Programming, setting and operating experience of CNC Milling machinery preferably HAAS or Hurco Machines
* CNC Milling experience within a similar hi-tech environment ideally apprentice trained
* Able to work accurately to deadlines
* An ability to read 1st and 3rd angle engineering drawings
* An enthusiastic team player with a can-do/flexible attitude
* Experience of using mild metals

* A willingness to help in other areas of the factory should the demand arise
* Conventional Milling/Bridgeport experience
* Experience of programming with Edgecam
* Manual and/or CNC Turning experience
