We're heavily investing in our Customer Propositions team, who will design how we show up in market, offer our best to customers, and deliver valuable experiences which people use, love, and want more of. We have four customer propositions teams spanning across 1) Behaviour, Values, Rewards and Loyalty 2) Life Event 3) Ecosystem and 4) Beyond Financial Services propositions.

The Role:
You're part of a squad in one of the Customer Proposition teams. As a team you'll design, deliver, and run a customer proposition. You'll deliver value to our customers through driving an incremental value release roadmap. You'll work with teams across the organisation, both platform and non-platform, to delivery collaboratively through an agile operating model.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of dynamic propositions which aims to solve for prioritised customer jobs to be done and solve for unmet needs
- Impactful contribution to the proposition and service design which solves for functional, societal and emotional jobs with a commercial focus
- Management of proposition experiments to validate proposition hypotheses, providing fast learning, shaping design and enabling delivery at pace
- Influence and relationship management with partners across platforms, non-platform teams and Fintech support

What you'll need
- Proposition Design - growing experience and knowledge across propositions, products, channel distribution and marketing to design and deliver market-leading propositions which solve for unmet customer needs
- Delivery - change focused mentality connecting numerous teams both in and outside of the organisation to delivery large-scale, complex value releases to our customers through expect application of agile methodology and standard process
- Performance - experienced in being part of a team that delivers a continuous and incremental value release roadmap alongside the maintenance, optimisation and enhancement of propositions on an enduring basis
- Expert Prioritisation - helps manage and respond to competing priorities, challenges and conflicts to continuously readjust plans, focus areas and resourcing requirements
- Collaboration - people-first colleagues who support the development of small but specialist team to design, deliver and run propositions to achieve commercial and customer objectives through agile practices
