This Stakeholder Manager position is located at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• The incumbent supervises the CAA team to recruit and manage participants for all academic and outreach programs, maintain participant and alumni databases, sustain alumni relationships, support alumni community chapters, and build networks with US Embassies and US government stakeholders necessary to manage the Africa Center's participant affairs. As a INSIDER THREAT INVESTIGATIONS ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

The incumbent will serve as an action officer supporting the requirements of the DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) acting as an Insider Threat Analyst in support of the Department's counter-insider threat mission and the DCSA's Adjudication and Vetting Services (AVS) mission. The selectee will be required to review reports meeting insider threat behavioral thresholds or anomalous behavior indicative of potential insider risk, access additional databases and resources, including coordination with component insider threat hubs, to help contextualize behavior, and complete analytic documents to support the DoD enterprise in mitigating risk and supporting rehabilitation of employees. This will be done in coordination with a wide range of subject matter experts available to support the analyst. Newly-hired mathematicians and mathematical statisticians begin their careers in the Mathematics Development Program (MDP). The goal of the three-year MDP is to provide on-the-job training in the broad range of mathematical and statistical sciences at NSA. This is primarily accomplished through 6-month tours in NSA offices of the MDP participant's choosing. Mentorship is provided for each tour and participants work on real mission problems.

MDP members also study cryptologic mathematics, statistical data mining, and related subjects in courses taught by Agency experts. Participants are required to develop skills in programming and using computational resources to solve mission problems. Various short-term and long-term travel opportunities exist for interested participants but are not required. MDP members are able to take advantage of other professional development opportunities available at NSA as well. As a Management & Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst on programs and projects in support of DCSA acquisition programs; responsible for routine programmatic and technical advice on efforts of military, civilian, and contractor personnel to achieve DCSA objectives on a wide variety of efforts including but not limited to personnel vetting, insider threat, and critical technology protection.
