As the Cluster Design & Social Media Executive for Holiday Inn Singapore Little India & Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay, you are responsible for creating impact with a creative social-first approach, and facilitating relationships with guests through community management. With an eye for design, you will be developing and executing the brand’s visual identity for online and offline marketing to drive a consistent brand experience and cultivate brand loyalty

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Ideate, develop and manage the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social media content with eye-catching visual assets in accordance with approved social content strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, and identify innovative ways to trendjack and leverage on the trends to promote the hotels’ services.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful execution and production of content.
• Acquire, manage and nurture partnerships, media and KOLs to drive awareness and engagement through user-generated content and conversion (online and offline) among key source markets.
• Strategise and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive high quality traffic and conversions, and regularly monitor performance to ensure optimisation of all campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all social media platforms, and assess against KPIs.

Design & Creative

• Creative production of online (e.g. social media, EDM) and offline content (e.g. POSMs, guestfacing collaterals) marketing to deliver a compelling brand story, including but not limited to conceptualization, design development, photography & videography production and copywriting.
• Custodian of brand standards across two distinctive brand identity, ensuring marketing collaterals are reflective of standards while conducting frequent audits and content hygiene maintenance.

Others

• Contribute to ongoing guest service excellence and community engagement efforts by responding to enquiries on social media and guests’ reviews on brand and online travel agencies’ websites in a timely, personalised and professional manner.
• Strengthen customer relationships through social and earned media, monitoring both hotel, R&Bs and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.
• Work closely with the greater Marketing team on marketing activities and utilizes best practices to provide a consistent brand experience and cultivate brand loyalty.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of marketing expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Preferred 1 – 2 years of experience of marketing experience in handling graphic designing and social media role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.

4. Public Relations:

o Support PR efforts by managing media coverage and building relationships with influencers and media outlets.

o Develop and write engaging LinkedIn articles and press releases to promote our brand’s message.

5. Talent Coordination:

o Identify and book talent for events and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with our brand image.

o Manage relationships with talent, influencers, and media to ensure successful event collaborations.

6. Liaison with Outlets:

o Work closely with outlet teams to gather feedback on campaigns and events, adjusting as needed to optimize success.

Ensure smooth coordination between the marketing team and outlet teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and events

Qualifications:

The Manager, Communication & Partnerships is responsible for implementation of fundraising strategy in accordance with SACA’s goals and values and managing third-party vendors in executing fundraising and donor-engagement activities. Additionally the said Manager is tasked with fostering awareness of ex-offender reintegration in the community through development and implementation of community outreach activities.

Responsibilities

Communication

· Manage and oversee the organisation’s website ensuring the web content is updated

· Develop and ensure appropriate content for publication materials including the annual report, periodic newsletter and any other publication

· Act as key SACA liaison with external organisations/ media/press

· Prepare SACA staff for any external media/press engagement by supporting with key communication content

· Enhance the Association’s online presence and outreach via appropriate social media platforms

Fundraising

· Implement fundraising strategies and campaigns that generates operating revenue

· Develop and maintain deep level of understanding of SACA’s existing programmes, services and revenue streams

· Conduct fundraising events and manage the existing platforms

· Initiate new fundraising events and platforms based on the organisation’s immediate needs

· Maintain fundraising documents including revenue tracking, forms and agreements signed with donors and key contact details

Community Outreach

· Raise awareness of ex-offender reintegration by engaging different segments of community through suitable events and activities

· Look out for opportunities to collaborate with other community organisations via events and activities

· Manage community outreach events and activities

· Ensure events and activities are consistent with SACA’s mission, vision, use of name and event guidelines

Donor Management

· Understand existing donors’ needs and maintain positive relationship with donor in order to sustain or increase level of support

· Identify and source suitable donors whose funding purpose is in alignment with SACA’s programmes and services

· Develop and adapt content of appeals that align with interests of donors

· Communicate and engage donors and ensure they are kept updated on fund expenditure

· Build relationship with individuals, businesses and community organisations advancing SACA’s profile, programmes and services

Vendor Management

· Evaluate third-party vendors in areas of cost competitiveness, alignment to needs and quality of services

· Oversee fundraising activities executed by vendors

· Ensure payment for goods acquired and services engaged is processed on time

· Ensure fundraising activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

• Deep-dive into social media analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports
• Managing social media platforms of the organization.
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members
• Ability to work with the production team to deliver engaging, creative content (graphic, image and video) and familiar with web design/digital design
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross- functional teams
• Project management experience and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Intermediate level in Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience in building up a new brand and in sports industry is a huge plus
• Minimum Polytechnic qualification in Media Production & Design or Mass Comms background
• 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform.
