We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us here at Cera, this remote role offers great flexibility and the opportunity to join the UK's fastest-growing Healthtech company.
As the Marketing Manager, you will support the Recruitment Marketing team to deliver on our goal to increase the number of quality hires that derive from SEO and Organic Social. We want to become the Employer of Choice for Care workers in the UK and really showcase what it is like to be a Cera Carer and how rewarding the role is!
The Challenge
We have a massive challenge to hire over 5000 carers this year, and the wider care operations teams will support our growth and ensure people can live longer, healthier lives in their own homes.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Social and content in previous roles. You are creative, analytical and committed to showing authenticity through content.
You will also have an analytical mind, with a proven track record of A/B testing, reporting and improving performance based on data insights.
Whilst the role is remote, travel to London or other Cera offices may be required and you should be prepared to travel to our branch locations in search of content opportunities on a regular basis - therefore a driving licence and car is essential.

Devise, develop and deliver content across social channels, ensuring a mix of engaging, relevant content and conversation

Continue to develop our content SEO strategy to include topic clusters with a view to increasing the number of organic job applications made on our website.

Owner of the Cera Chats and Cheers Employee facebook group (and any future social communities), with a view to increase group engagement and group numbers as a key source to feed content plans.

Oversee Job advert copywriting ensuring they are optimised for Indeed and SEO purposes and regular job posting process

With the support of the Marketing Assistant, ensure messages, comments and reviews are appropriately responded to.

Consider other social media channels ideal for targeting our core audience (eg Tik Tok or Snapchat)

Website content (including blogs/articles/news) lead with a focus on On-page SEO optimisation, including reporting on keyword performance and Organic Search outcomes.

Lead for the use of and definition of processes around core content marketing tools including Sprout Social, SEMRush and Canva.

Chief Storyteller from the front line - you will seek out and expertly craft content which encapsulates the life and purpose of our care teams.

Plan and lead the launch of our Employee Advocacy programme to amplify our organic content reach

Be a champion for local Facebook page ownership at branch level - providing training, support and guidance to impact local hiring efforts.

Ensure the Cera brand and tone of voice are executed across all social channels

Lead on social media reporting, developing metrics and reporting for how progress is tracked, reported and incorporated into future content planning and contributing to wider evaluation and analytics activity.
