Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the department.
· Perform data entry work.
· Excellent in computer skills.
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
· Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
· Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
· Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
· Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
· Advanced knowledge of MS excel.
· Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or Purchase Invoices.
· Filing of Purchase Invoices.
· General ad hoc duties as assigned.

· Excellent attention to detail.
· Proficiency and familiarity in MS Office.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
