Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Government Partner Manager to join our Channel Sales team. You will manage the relationship between Autodesk and our Master Government Aggregator, and act as a liaison between the government channel landscape. You will be responsible for business planning, sales, sales forecasting, partner enablement, joint marketing activities, etc.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Sales. This position is remote, and you should be in DC/VA/MD metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth in the government sector (both federal and state and local)

• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set targets/milestones, measure results, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

• Understands partners' business and organizational structure

• Ensures common vision between Autodesk and partners

• Works with partners to help identify areas of investment and supports execution

• Conducts business reviews to evaluate performance, track, and report on key performance metrics, such as revenue generated through partnerships, partner pipelines and identify areas for improvement to drive mutual success

• Oversees contractual requirements with partners

• Provide training and enablement resources to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products and services

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and government procurement processes to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner activities with overall company objectives

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing sales or services-oriented role (government experience ideal)

• Experience with channel sales / partner management

• Strong understanding of government procurement processes

• Experience managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth

• Knowledge of sales and sales management processes

• Knowledge of Autodesk solutions and/or industries

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative sales expert to join our team, which is part of the AMER Business Development organization at Autodesk. We're a fast-growing, hybrid team located in Atlanta, Georgia. We like to convene a few times per month for intentional gatherings in our Midtown office, where we create learning opportunities, recognize performance, and spend time building team culture. Responsibilities

Reporting to a Business Development Manager, you will support revenue growth in the territory segment of the Autodesk Construction division. You'll also:

Management:

• Manage a team of 5 account-based marketers

• Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management

Position Overview

A Senior Technical Specialist is someone who leads and presents all technical sales aspects of an Autodesk sales cycle and establishes innovative ideas for growing Autodesk's business. A senior technical specialist uses in-depth industry and software knowledge to uncover customer business issues, propose improvements, and achieve technical closure. They are involved in their industry's community by promoting Autodesk's unique business values. This is remote position based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Create a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves our needs for the defined Territory/Industry segments

• Build selling strategies to grow the revenue base and adoption cycle for select product(s) and form relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teams

• Provide regular feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams on assigned product(s)

What Product or Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services. Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and lifecycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for working closely with cross functional teams, including Upstream Product Development, FUSE/IT, sales, operations, finance, and pricing, to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainable growth for the business and the product portfolio. This role is then responsible for thoughtful deployment to impacted field teams and customers in coordination with channel marketing and training. This role is responsible for business management activities including attentive sales and direct customer support, detailed financial comprehension and decision making, and management of new business pipeline in collaboration with the sales team. You are a part of regional team of sales reps and report to the Regional Sales leader working to develop overall territory sales plans, accurately forecasting possible deals for the year and ensuring order volume and revenue targets are met. You will be interfacing with Clinical Specialist, and Service counterparts to help ensure high customer satisfaction including appropriate involvement with equipment turnover.

Your role:

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team.
• Once an order is closed, continuing communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs.
• Developing and owning strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.
• Ensuring order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.

The VeriSight Clinical Specialist will represent our Philips’ VeriSight Pro 3D ICE (Intracardiac Echo Catheter), to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. Within Philips, this is an entirely new sales and clinical team to commercialize our groundbreaking new VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter. VeriSight is redefining how structural heart and EP procedures can be done. The first ICE catheter to miniaturize the same 3D imaging technology that powers TEE, VeriSight offers best-in-class 2D and 3D imaging. 

Your role

• The VeriSight Clinical Specialist is accountable for building, maintaining, and providing outstanding technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education to health care providers (HCP) and allied health professionals (AHP) around the VeriSight platform. They directly partner with the VeriSight Regional & Territory Managers, along with Philips collaboration efforts between our Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineers and Field Management business segments to ensure alignment and coordination of activities that meet defined VeriSight business objectives.
• Given this is an expanding and entrepreneurial business, an instinctively hands-on approach will be required; in this role you will demonstrate high levels of autonomy, individual initiative and motivation to achieve individual and shared goals, a drive for high clinical aptitude, as well as sustain a solutions-orientated selling and an educational mindset complemented by outstanding internal and external communication skills, while exemplifying Philips shared values and a commitment to driving a world-class sales culture.
• Become an expert on 3D ICE use in multiple clinical procedure types and use consultative education techniques to identify potential customer needs, support, and opportunities within assigned geographies, in partnering with their Regional & Territory Manager. Support the evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials, registries, and educational events.
• Consistently work to improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, customer relationship / sales / education skills to become of greater value to customers and maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques. Maximize hospital stakeholder engagement pre / intra / post case support to drive optimal VeriSight educational awareness and support – including new program launches, physician and staff training.

• You are a Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography lab or have relevant work experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), Radiologic Technologist (RT) or other technical discipline within the IC/EP clinical environment.
• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab, with experience using Ultrasound consoles (Philips EPIQ) and have advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.
• You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience.
• Your skills include…
  • Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and associated product portfolios, preferably within structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies market.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage key stakeholders such as physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers and supply chain to present a value proposition.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Approximately 60% travel is required
