Operations:

• Meets merchandise processing standards and maintains an organized and accessible work area
• Adheres to Loss Prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect company assets
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to store management (e.g., ensuring that exits are unobstructed, ceiling clearance in stockroom is enforced, rugs are not frayed, spills are cleaned up immediately, etc.)
• Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
• Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using ANN INC.’s Time and Attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business
• Follows all ANN INC. operational guidelines, processes, and procedures
• Reviews Bulletin Boards daily

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrates a desire and ability to be learner responsible and navigates the ANN INC. computer learning systems
• Performs register transactions quickly and efficiently (e.g., sales, send sales, returns, exchanges, payments)
• Is proficient in using Distributed Order Maintenance (DOM’s) and StyleFinder to locate product for clients and processes transactions accurately

Job Summary

• Bachelors Degree OR minimum of 2 years health insurance sales experience including managing brokerage and/or field sales staff

THE JOB

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Experience Marketing to drive long term vision and success for membership programs across Venue Nation venues, with a heavy focus on our annual Lawn Pass program. 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

● Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our annual Lawn Pass membership program.

● Ensure program development and rollouts are streamlined and executed smoothly

● Communicate with subject area experts across Brand, Experience Regional & Digital teams to develop marketing & communication strategies for product lifecycle

● Align internal partners as well as external agencies via strategic briefs, design, copy, website content, social content, media buying, and others as needed based on the initiative.

● Use data based decision making to evolve program strategy based on both guest & business needs.

● Consult with Fan & Artist services team on the development and sales strategy for ancillary products and program merch

● Partner with our operations team on member activations to engage pass members throughout our concert season

THE JOB

The Director of House of Blues / Brooklyn Bowl Experience Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Experience Marketing in building and driving end to end national marketing strategies for 10 House of Blues & 3 Brooklyn Bowl venues around the country, focusing on all experience related lines of business including restaurant, Foundation Room, and Bowling. By leveraging data and partnering with Venue Nation partners across operations, fan and artist hospitality, this role will lead national experience initiatives to drive our business forward while showcasing and celebrating the heart and soul that makes both businesses so unique.

SERVICE

• Communicate and motivate store teams to achieve optimal business results
• Drive to achieve Store Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment
• Support the continuation of a team selling store environment that delivers a fashion focused Lane Bryant experience for our Client
• Support Lane Bryant selling, incentive, and product knowledge strategies
• Assist leadership team (Store Manager, ASM, SL)  in the Roles Leader function

EXECUTION

• Hold keys to the store and can open and/or close the store
• Assist Leadership Team in execution of merchandise and marketing promotion
• Support store team in maintaining brand standards
• Ensure that all operational and shipment tasks are completed efficiently
• Perform and reinforce all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures
• Provides excellent customer service to our guests
• Responsible for selling directly with our customers

TALENT

• Coach Associates to create an enjoyable shopping experience for all Clients
• Assist Leadership Team in New Hire on boarding and training of existing Associates

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to deliver sales results
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 1- 3 years of specialty retail experience
• Prior sales leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat and bend for up to 4 hours or longer as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools.
• Able to operate computerized register system.
• Must be able to meet store banking requirements and to respond to store alarm problems, as needed.
• Able to lift as much as 50 pounds.
• Able to climb an 8-foot ladder.
