As a result of continued growth and development within the Marketing Department, we are searching for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Leeds.

Working with several internal stakeholders, this role would play a key part in the continual development of the Marketing strategy and touch on all digital platforms across the Group.

Key Tasks
- Manage and maintain the company website, with the ability to update software, make content changes, and develop the site to better serve our customers.
- Help to create compelling content to be used across our digital platforms.
- Assist the Sales team / Call centre in generating high quality leads through campaigns, initiatives, and ongoing channel development.
- Track, analyse, and report on the success of marketing activity and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing activity.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years experience of working marketing environment, working both individually and as part of a team
- Degree in Marketing, or equivalent training
- Technical website knowledge, experience with Drupal or similar CMS is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & SEO Tools
- Excellent communication skills, with experience of proposing new ideas and ways of working with confidence
- Adobe creative suite experience, with a focus on video editing software would be advantageous.
- A positive approach and a passion for business and the role that marketing plays within it
