An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator with experience in residential property sales to join a well-established estate agency offering excellent benefits. This full-time role offers basic salary of £30,000 + OTE.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will facilitate property sales, ensure smooth property transactions and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

- Communicating with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

- Conducting property viewings and arranging valuations for potential buyers.

- Negotiating sales agreements on behalf of clients.
