We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to improving this critical healthcare service.
As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our blood sample transportation services. Your role will involve resolving technical issues, analysing data, and recommending process improvements. This hybrid position requires in-office attendance three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly address and resolve issues related to blood sample transport and system functionality.
Assist pharmacies and clients with service setup and ensure effective usage.
Monitor and document recurring issues to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Propose service or system enhancements based on customer feedback and observed issues.
Create and update guides and documentation to support troubleshooting and best practices.
Develop tools and resources to improve support processes, including updating websites, adding help tips to support applications, and refining customer service scripts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
At least one year of experience in a technical customer support role.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to manage and resolve support cases efficiently.
Proficiency in data analysis to extract actionable insights and advocate for service improvements.
Excellent writing skills for drafting technical documents, manuals, and support FAQs.
Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL and programming is highly desirable.
