Working alongside a team of support workers, and the Mental Health Operations Manager, you will ensure the service provides flexible and bespoke, outcome-focused support packages to vulnerable single people, couples and families and expectant mothers over the age of sixteen to maintain their accommodation independently or who require HRS to access accommodation.

You will offer support the Operations Manager to line manage a staff team to ensure that they are working to meet service user goals and aspirations. Head of Enterprise Security Architecture

Location: UK / Hybrid - with some travel

National Highways have an exciting career opportunity to join us as Head of Security Architecture. Reporting directly into the Chief Security Officer you will oversee and lead the provision of security architecture services to change initiatives, aligning and coordinating with wider architecture governance functions to advise on and deliver a comprehensive enterprise (IT) and operational technology (OT) security architecture which reduces both the probability and impact of a cyber attack against to National Highways.

What you'll be leading on

• Own, improve and articulate the Highways England enterprise and operational technology security architecture.
• Oversee wider architectural governance functions, ensure all change initiatives are reviewed and supported to ensure alignment with the enterprise and operational technology security architecture.
• Set the direction for external partners to influence cyber security related regulatory requirements and ensure that change initiatives are aligned with those requirements.
• To be accountable for overseeing and maintaining appropriate technical security guidance documentation in support of wider security policies.
• Maintain the effectiveness of core enterprise and operational technology security capabilities.
• Anticipate technology trends, future threats and capability requirements. Assess their business value and initiate team and wider capability development to address these.

To be successful you'll need

• HoldrelevantCyber Security qualifications in either of the following:
  • BSc / MSc in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related subject;

Due to continued growth my client is looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join their close knit team working on the Department of Education framework throughout Yorkshire and surrounding area's. As Senior Design Manager you will be working closely with the Head of Design, Pre-Construction Director, Technical Director and Divisional teams managing the overall design process from tender stage through to completion of design.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with the project teams to ensure that the design is coordinated with other disciplines, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Duties of a Senior Design Manager

* Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule.

* Ensuring that our appointed design consultants carry out their duties in line with their appointment, interrogating returns to ensure compliance with standards and brief.

* Design input at both pre-construction and construction stage of projects

* The production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules.

* Attending/chair necessary meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on our projects within the infrastructure division. You will be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and current projects.

You will be required to be based on our project at Hornsea 3 in Norwich for 3 months and then back into the Midlands.

About you

• The successful candidate will have experience of working for a main contractor on civil engineering projects, ideally finished to a high standard
• Experience in Design Assurance and Documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Design & Engineering Procedures
• Have a solid understanding of design processes, CAD systems, drawings and models
• HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent
• Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e. CIOB
• Ability to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stage
• Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes
• Experience on bidding and winning work
