As a Junior Receptionist, you know first impressions matter. You'll be a friendly face with a welcoming personality as you greet staff and visitors at our Head Office in Borehamwood.
Working 37.5 hours, you will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with all administration duties. You will make a real difference by providing business support within the Organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors and staff with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office and announcing them as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with administrative tasks when required
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Raising WAPs (purchase orders)
- Reconciling expenses
- Stock takes and ordering of teas, coffees, stationery.
To be successful as a Junior Receptionist, you'll need:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude
- Good team player
