We’re looking for a design-focussed L&D Partner to design and develop leading edge learning materials, resources, workshops, programmes, and communications to support the implementation and expansion of our Haven L&D portfolio.
As a member of learning and development, you will partner with central and operational teams, contributing to the success of learners by fostering their growth and development through well-designed and impactful content and programmes.
Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- The designing of learning offerings for the unique needs of each identified audience or an identified business or learning problem
- on appropriate learning design techniques and approaches, drawing on recognised good practice and an understanding of how people learn.
- Planning and executing the release of new materials and new products to internal and external stakeholders in coordination with functional leaders and SMEs
- Writing and editing our curriculum/programme resources and materials, engaging subject matter experts, research, and best practices as needed – ensuring learning reflects industry requirements and the needs of the teams
- Work with the wider L&D team to review existing materials and resources to understand new / innovative approaches which can be supported by accessible products and technologies.
- Ensuring effective blended learning solutions and campaigns are developed, as appropriate. Advising on the most suitable approaches to instructional design
What we’d like you to bring:
- Strong knowledge in modern learning methodology and design principles for both offline and online distribution
- Experienced in blended content design and build across multiple audiences including front line team members through to senior leadership.
- Proven capabilities as successful L&D Partner, with a proactive flexible and inclusive management style appropriate to the complexity and diversity of the business.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders
