You will be required to exhibit dynamic classroom leadership and will ensure that the highest standards of learning and teaching are delivered; ensure the fluid process of departmental monitoring and tracking; that SQA procedures and paperwork have been accurately and are timeously implemented; and to ensure that Wallace High delivers on the key drivers and priorities within the National Improvement Framework, including a key focus on ongoing faculty improvement priorities.
You must be confident, articulate and dynamic and be able to demonstrate their ability to be creative, motivate others and exercise effective classroom leadership, organising work to meet tight timescales, and ensuring that the faculty is meeting the needs of Wallace High's young people.
You must possess GTCS registration in subject relevant to the delivery of the English curriculum within the school.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
