We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our school. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of the student care centre.

You will be a Management Trainee for 2 years before being promoted to be the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or any relevant certifications

• Able to converse in English and/or Mandarin
• Prior management experience and/or working with kids would be an advantage

Job description:

• Complete all tasks and day-to-day operations
• Perform all related duties assigned by the director
• Manage the social media platform and broacasting the brand
• Supervises child care personnel and manage operations of the centre
• Assist in administrative work
• Work with staff to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
• Plan and direct work within the centre such as timetables and lesson content
• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment in the centre

The work of a preschool teacher at Orion Preschool entails:

• Designing and implementing appropriate curricula integrating contemporary teaching and learning practices
• Creating a safe and secure environment for children through trusting and respectful relationships
• Strengthening partnerships with families and the community
• Contributing to fostering the Preschool's culture of collaboration

Salary: $2500-$3200

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Answer parents enquiries;
• Generate lead and sales.
• Will experience in different position to learn on all position’s functionality

Qualification and requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma and/or above;
• Committed, responsible;
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Has working experience in service sector;
• Relevant working experience in managing an education centre is more preferred;
• Able to work during weekend as the rest days are on weekdays.
