Responsibilities:

1) Daily Teaching

● Supervise students in their daily school work, which includes homework and EL/CL Spelling

● Guide students in their academic learning for English, Mathematics, Chinese & Science

● Ensure students complete their homework everyday

2) Enrichment Programmes

● Plan and conduct fun enrichment activities for school holiday programmes

3) Character Guidance

● Be a good example for students to emulate

● Nurture students and guide them in their character

4) Administration

● Assist the centre with simple administrative work when needed

Requirements:

● Diploma holder & above

● Good understanding of primary school subjects

● IT-savvy & knows how to create documents and presentations

● Self-starter & does not need to be micromanaged

● Candidates with relevant experiences in Student Care or Tuition setting will be preferred

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● Motivated team player with a high level of proactiveness

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our school. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of the student care centre.

You will be a Management Trainee for 2 years before being promoted to be the Centre Manager.

• Degree in Business Management or any relevant certifications
