Stirling Inclusion Support Service is a specialist service that works closely with schools, partners and families to improve outcomes for children and young people who present with social, emotional and behavioural needs. The Service consists of a multi-disciplinary team that provides outreach support to schools and has three bases that offers a more intensive level of support for a small number of children and young people who require this. The Service promotes the importance of positive relationships and a trauma informed and rights based approach, providing a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children and young people can develop confidence, make informed decisions and achieve their full potential. We are looking to appoint a Support for Learning Assistant who is passionate about inclusion and equity to work with our children and young people in our bases. The successful applicant will support and inspire our learners to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Our client are looking for a Customer Account Manager, to join their busy operation at their depot in Slough, near Heathrow Airport. The successful individual will have a solid work history with no employment gaps in the last 5 years.

The primary objective of the role is to assist with various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll administration.

Main duties/ responsibilities:


* Support the Accounts Manager and team
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports
* Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
* Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting records accurately
* Assist with payroll administration, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, and preparing payroll reports
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
* Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
* Any other business by the team



Technical Skills:


* Proficiency in accounting software
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and analysis
* Familiarity with payroll processing systems and procedures
* Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
* Ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately
* Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
