C&S Engineer

Job Responsibilities

· Carry out Foundation/ERSS, Substructure and Superstructure Analysis and Design

· Produce and compile Detailed Calculations Report

· Take part in presentation slides’ technical/Design input

· Liaison with Accredited Checker (AC) and relevant Authority on submission matters

· Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects

· Attend technical / site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems

· Coordinate drawing production, including checking of drawings for tender preparation, submission to Authorities and construction issuance

· Support Tender bid related to C&S Design

· Assist in as-built submission preparation

· Assist on other duties assigned by the Senior/Lead Engineer

Job Requirements

· Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

· Fresh Graduate or 1 year of working experience in Civil Engineering

· Those with design experience will have an added advantage

· Knowledge in Design Software, e.g. ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, TSD, MIDAS, PLAXIS, etc

· Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, etc

· Proficiency in basic Design knowledge

· Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin

· Foreign students from China who have graduated in Singapore are also welcome to apply.

Executive C&S Engineer

Job Responsibilities

· Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects

· Attend technical / site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems

· To assist to monitor the project team in the preparation of drawings, reports, technical documentation, tenders and contract administration

· To liaise with the Client and assist Associate Director/ Senior Engineer in identifying the needs and technical requirements of the Client

· To assist ensure Design and Drawings conformance to Authorities and Codes of Practice requirements

· To assist to prepare work (Design and Drawings) schedules and ensure conformance of such schedule. To monitor and ensure that submission schedules to Authorities are met

· Support Tender bid related to C&S Design

· Assist in as-built submission preparation

· Other duties arranged by Senior/Lead Engineer

Job Requirements:

· Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

· Min. 3 years of Design experience

· Well verse in structural Design Software, e.g. ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, TSD, MIDAS, PLAXIS, etc

· Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, etc

· Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin

· Good report writing, communication and presentation skills

· Foreign students from China who have graduated in Singapore are also welcome to apply.
