Requirements:

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies to expand FOSI Consultants' presence in the market.
• Lead and manage the process of acquiring new clients and projects.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
• Work with the technical and design teams to ensure that proposals meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior management and project teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to support the development of pricing strategies, assist in revenue forecasting, and ensure alignment between business development activities and financial targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the design and consulting sectors, including project management and urban planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

C&S Engineer

Job Responsibilities

· Carry out Foundation/ERSS, Substructure and Superstructure Analysis and Design

· Produce and compile Detailed Calculations Report

· Take part in presentation slides’ technical/Design input

· Liaison with Accredited Checker (AC) and relevant Authority on submission matters

· Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects

· Attend technical / site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems

· Coordinate drawing production, including checking of drawings for tender preparation, submission to Authorities and construction issuance

· Support Tender bid related to C&S Design

· Assist in as-built submission preparation

· Assist on other duties assigned by the Senior/Lead Engineer

Job Requirements

· Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

· Fresh Graduate or 1 year of working experience in Civil Engineering

· Those with design experience will have an added advantage

· Knowledge in Design Software, e.g. ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, TSD, MIDAS, PLAXIS, etc

· Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, etc

· Proficiency in basic Design knowledge

· Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Executive C&S Engineer

Job Responsibilities

· To assist ensure Design and Drawings conformance to Authorities and Codes of Practice requirements

· To assist to prepare work (Design and Drawings) schedules and ensure conformance of such schedule. To monitor and ensure that submission schedules to Authorities are met

· Support Tender bid related to C&S Design

· Assist in as-built submission preparation

· Other duties arranged by Senior/Lead Engineer

Job Requirements:

· Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

· Min. 3 years of Design experience

· Well verse in structural Design Software, e.g. ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, TSD, MIDAS, PLAXIS, etc

· Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, etc

Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance department in completing relevant financial tasks, including cashier work, initiating payment processes, and handling reimbursement issues.
• Handle daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, office maintenance, ordering office stationery and pantry supplies, printer cartridge management, and booking and setting up meeting and conference rooms.
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, such as rental agreements, utilities, mailboxes, and overseas document delivery arrangements.
• Support the finance and HR departments in the company's administrative, financial, and personnel management-related systems.
• Ensure that documents entered into the system are properly filed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or finance functions.
• Must be diligent, proactive, willing to learn, and capable of completing work with reasonable accuracy.
• Able to communicate and write in Chinese
