Job Description
- Complete assigned job through proactive mind.
- Operate/Complete daily job independently and make improvement proposal.
- Communicate and collaborate with Japan HQ, other overseas region, suppliers, and related parties to meet target.
- Develop automotive material of a vehicle project from physical stage through production according to
- Nissan development methodologies and processes for vehicle development
- Benchmark of competitor vehicles related paint & anticorrosion - related matters
- Proceed material localization by securing QCT.
- Validate drawing & supplier’s material specification to achieve Nissan quality.
- Evaluate material for Nissan quality such as durability and renewability.
- Analyze quality issue to investigate root cause in collaboration with manufacturing engineer and supplier.
- Establish the countermeasure to resolve the issues in actual production.
- Benchmark activity of competitor & other global models and propose idea to keep competitiveness
- Create Value Analysis & Value Engineering activity to optimize process/cost to achieve target and competitiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Material, Polymer, Chemical or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering field
- Experience working in Automotive material/part development as advantage
- Experience working in a multicultural environment as advantage
- Project /Job management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Technical skills (Material knowledge)
- English skill: TOEIC scores 600 up
