SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair all types of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, life, safety, boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, motors and pumps and  all associated controls and provide facility maintenance services including carpentry, plumbing, painting, landscaping and snow removal to maintain client’s building infrastructure and grounds.
• Attend and/or participate in safety training per C&W SERVICES policy
• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, functional and operational testing of facility systems and equipment.
• Utilize CMMS computer system to document tasks performed and maintain equipment histories including parts replaced, hours worked, time to respond, and time to complete.
• Responsible for completing and data input for all assigned work orders (both corrective and PM) in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
• Utilize and have a general understanding of national and local codes for equipment repair. Perform all work in accordance with OSHA, state and municipal requirements and C&W SERVICES safety policies.
• Perform quality work and regularly communicate repair status of devices and systems to supervisor/Manager.
• Must be able to work with informal and formal teams, with other employees and customer representatives from various departments demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times.
• May be required to work with and coordinate activities of other vendors including specialists
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervisor/Manager in response to the needs of the client
• Perform daily survey of buildings to identify repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Report to supervisor/Manager on a regular basis (daily/weekly) on conditions relative to general operations.
• Responsible for participating, seeking and coordinating training and continued professional development in the areas of advancing technology, safety, and general skill improvement.
• Available for ON CALL duty on nights, weekends and holidays to address emergencies

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, personnel development, etc.
• Ensure performance management, coaching, and development of team members through established HR processes and disciplinary actions.
• Participate and coordinate annual scheduling and execution of the C&W Safety Program as directed by Asset Services, Engineering Leadership, EH&S Administration, and so forth. Responsible for 100% Compliance at his/her site.
• Manage operational accounts for building, including variance reporting, as required and assist in development of operating and capital budgets
• Utility Management such as tracking use, consumption, cost, reporting, comparison models, sub-metering, budgeting, variances as directed by Management and/or Leadership.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment; identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in maintenance/engineering issues as required
• Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an ongoing basis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective preventive and predictive maintenance program for task scheduling, routines, and performance. Program to include procedures for annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly and other scheduled maintenance as provided by the manufacturer’s recommendations and/or industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
• Coordinate development of and/or maintain an Operations Document Library, including but not limited to construction plans, structural plans, as-built drawings, MEP schedules, line diagrams and schematics, equipment and operation manuals, start up and commissioning documents, and equipment warranties.
• Formulate and conduct building-related systems and equipment training.
• Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and engineers.
• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues; must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants, clients, property management, and vendors
• Develop specifications and assist in solicitation, administration, execution and performance of maintenance/ repair service contracts.
• May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts
• Respond to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns

Leidos has an immediate need for a Senior Microsoft Security Engineer for a new customer on a highly-visible and strategic Cybersecurity Task Order. The Senior Microsoft Security Engineer will need to be a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent tasks in an effective manner. This individual will work with internal team members to ensure that systems are functional, secure, and scalable. The systems and networks developed will be used to collect and process data and improve the customer’s security infrastructure. The Senior Security Engineer will support the design and development of cybersecurity tools and technology along with integration of new architectural features into existing infrastructures while maintaining the integrity and security of enterprise-wide systems and networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain current and future customer-supported tools and platforms

• Manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal oversight

• Produce system design documents.  Support architectural analysis of cyber security features and existing system related to future needs and trends

• Review and provide input to system requirements based on cybersecurity posture

• Compile industry best practices and lessons learned into future iterations and new designs

• Provide broad-based experience in IT Service Management and apply the experience to specific cyber security initiatives relating to system design, development, and operations and maintenance

• BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or related field and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience with a focus on cybersecurity OR Masters with 8-10 years of prior relevant experience.

• Expertise with Azure services and components to build, manage, and maintain Azure Cloud environments

• Experience deploying, maintain and troubleshooting Microsoft/Office 365 at an enterprise level

• Extensive automation experience with PowerShell and Shell Scripting for automating repeatable tasks and installations

• Extensive knowledge of server operations and maintenance

• Extensive experience managing enterprise networks

• Understanding of cloud terminology, architecture, and tools to include installing, provisioning and monitoring.

Job Description:

To maintain a safe and effective environment through maintenance, repair and operation of all mechanical, pneumatic and ventilating equipment. Prevent unscheduled downtime of equipment.

Principle Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance and repairs to building structures, building systems, and equipment contained therein.
  • Service, repair, and maintain refrigeration and HVAC system.
  • Service, repair and install piping, fixtures, fittings and associated hardware for compressed gasses, vacuum, steam, potable and non-potable plumbing systems.
  • Do electrical replacements, repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Report hazards and/or potential work hazards in our facilities in order to prevent injury to self, peers, patients, and visitors.
  • Maintain record of all inspections, testing and repairs to comply with regulatory and insurance agency requirements.
  • May perform emergency repairs on critical life safety and none-life safety equipment which could include patient beds, surgical gurneys, utilities disruption, nurse call, TVs and electronics.
  • May perform daily rounds in designated areas to assure facility is in good, safe working condition.
  • May need to order materials, supplies and parts.
• Operate heating plant boilers when properly licensed.
  • Takes charge of the heating plant and makes adjustments to building systems.
• Preventative and Corrective Maintenance.
  • May perform interior preventative maintenance which could include panting, electrical, plumbing, light carpentry and HVAC related needs.
  • May perform exterior preventative maintenance which could include roof checks, grounds checks and snow removal.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies

The Network Engineer (NE) shall possess the following capabilities:

Qualifications:  Five (5) years’ experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides technical leadership and support to a team of Senior/Junior Security Engineers with a broad scope of capabilities and tools, including Splunk, Tanium, Cyberark, SOAR, security stacks, networking protocols, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Cloud technology, and other security operations-related technologies.
• Manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and work independently with little oversight
• Tackles large security projects, both of a technical and compliance nature. The senior engineer is expected to tackle difficult technical issues and changes with minimal oversight

The Operations & Maintenance Chief Operating Engineer is part of our P3 Building Technologies & Solutions business at Johnson Controls. This position will be located at the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. 

What you will do

Reporting to the Customer Business Manager, the Chief Operating Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the Central Utility Plant (CUP), HVAC, air handling units, emergency generators along with various other critical building systems at a Hospital in Vaughan. The facility is managed by Johnson Controls Canada LP, and is a P3 environment.

How you will do it

• Monitors and oversees Steam Boiler Plant, Chiller Plant, Emergency Generators, HVAC, AHUs and Medical Gas systems.

• She/he oversees a team of Operating Engineers that are unionized.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to all front line team members within the business unit

• Implements operational and preventative maintenance plans for the Utility Plant, which support Hospital operations and reduce risk.

• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, standards and Hospital policies.

• Identifies ongoing energy conservation measures and undertakes measures to operate the plant within predetermined energy targets.

• Provides recommendations to senior management on emerging technology, trends, legislative changes and industry best practices.

Cyber and SIGINT Solutions is looking for a Mid to Senior Level Hardware Design Engineer to work on a program in Prince George County, MD. This mission focused program consists of a small team responsible for the full life-cycle of the design, programming, using FPGAs and embedded software, device testing and system integration support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplined design team (Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers and Signals Analysts) to design and integrate FPGA solutions for COTS hardware platforms incorporating Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ and Xilinx 5 FPGAs.

• Analyze, design, simulate, and implement signal processing algorithms in hardware description language, HDL (VHDL) based on customer requirements.

Pay Range:

Provides assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks; Analyzes design, specifications, and related documents; Implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment; Analyzes network characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots problems and recommends procurement of and/or modifications to network components.

The Level 1 Network Engineer (NE) shall possess the following capabilities: 

•  Conduct network and telecommunications system incident and problem investigation and diagnostics. 

• Identify and document workaround solutions for errors. 

• Apply workaround solutions per documented methods and procedures. 

• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. 

• Install and configure new network and telecommunications systems hardware and software. 

• Analyze network and telecommunications system logs, identify potential issues, and initiate corrective actions per documented methods and procedures. 

• Perform network system backups per documented methods and procedures. 

• Monitor network and telecommunications system performance and respond to anomalies and issues according to documented procedures. 

• Build network and telecommunications systems for deployment, conduct testing, and prepare for shipping. 

• Create and maintain network and telecommunications systems diagrams and configuration documentation. 

• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptographic devices, and routers to optimize performance and ensure the desired security posture is attained and maintained. 

• Provide monitoring support of accredited network and telecommunications systems for compliance with Certification and Accreditation. 

• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Plain Old Telephone (POTs) phone systems, including phone units, voicemail, switches, infrastructure and related telecommunications trunk circuits. 

• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain VoIP phone systems, including phone units, voicemail, and call manager systems. 

• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Video Teleconference (VTC) systems and video recording/viewing/distribution systems. 

• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) TDMA IP-based satellite systems. 

• Perform module, unit, subsystem, and system level testing following documented method and procedures.

Qualifications:  Five (5) years’ experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required TS/SCI w/Poly.

Contractor shall currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications: 

• Computer Technology Industry Association - Network + (Network +)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate – (CCNA) Routing and Switching 

• Cisco Certified Network Associate – (CCNA) Security 

• Cisco Certified Network Associate – (CCNA) Video 

• Cisco Certified Network Associate – (CCNA) Voice
