The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for day-to-day management of their assigned book of business. The AM works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team and Client Executives to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The AM serves as the clients’ main point of contact for any product-related service needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist Account Executive and Producer in marketing and servicing clients within the account team

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

In this role you will diligently hunt for hi-risk vulnerabilities across the bank’s global technology environment. Understanding security policy and compliance is important but in this role your focus is to identify exploitable vulnerabilities; ones that can bring about that “nightmare scenario.”
 
This is a highly technical role that requires broad technical knowledge and a deep understanding of threats and threat TTPs. You will lead and participate in advanced technical assessments that leverage red team, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment tools and techniques to identify hi-risk vulnerabilities across a variety of technologies. 
 
You will coordinate with senior leadership on development projects, share your knowledge and experience by mentoring junior engineers, and assist the monitoring and response functions so those functions can practice and improve their capability to respond and recover against a realistic threat actor. 

Required Skills:

• Must be able to critically examine an organization and system through the perspective of a threat actor and articulate risk in clear, precise terms to technical and non-technical audience.
• Must be very proficient with the common tools associated with red teaming, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Kali, etc.).

What you'll be doing

As a member of the US Service Desk, you will be responsible to provide outstanding technology end user support in a fast-paced and changing environment.  You will be troubleshooting and resolving issues for CIBC employees on technology tools used to do their jobs; these tools range from applications, services, remote connections, upgrades or any other technology related issue they may have. 

• The Technology Support Analyst is responsible for providing and managing complex and escalated support for technology products and applications.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package.  This role has an expected salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 USD for the Denver, Colorado market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.  The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.

Provides specialized wealth planning for High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients to help meet their long-term financial objectives. Leverages specialized knowledge and experience to partner collaboratively with other planning professionals and Relationship Managers (Private Bankers, Investment Counsellors, Investment Advisors) to provide clients with comprehensive wealth planning advice and solutions encompassing financial, tax, succession, philanthropic, will, estate and trust planning in connection with their overwall wealth planning needs. Supports the growth and retention of HNW/UHNW client assets through specialized planning solutions that help to broaden the dialogue and enhance the client relationship in order to consolidate client assets and inrease revenues. Contributes to enhancing the client and BMO Advisor experience thus driving increased profitability, improved share of wallet and Net Promoter Scores.

• Provides customized advice and specialized planning services to HNW/UHNW client segments.
• Facilitates/participates in goals-based discovery process directly with clients, and ensures standards relative to data capture and plan creation are met thereafter to maintain effective knowledge management within business/group.
• Demonstrates a consultative and collaborative value-added approach in client conversations, acting as a member of a client strategy team to facilitate the desired client experience.
