We are looking for a female support worker to join our team working nights alongside adults with learning disabilities in their own flats in Sturminster Newton.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect. Some people may like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. For others, they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.

Your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required from 10pm - 7am. You will be required to work some weekends as part of a flexible rota.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
