About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Teaching and Learning: Assisting in planning and delivering engaging lessons, leading small group sessions, and supporting pupils' progress.
• Delivering Interventions: Implementing targeted programs to support pupils with specific learning needs, including those with SEN.
• Monitoring Progress: Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Classroom Management: Taking responsibility for managing classroom activities in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.

About You: To excel in this role, you will need:
• Qualifications: A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary school setting.
