Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons to students across various age groups and skill levels, in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Performance Preparation: Organise and lead school concerts, recitals, and other musical performances, ensuring students have opportunities to showcase their talents.
• Individual and Group Instruction: Provide both individual and group music instruction, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their development.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for music.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to integrate music into the broader school curriculum and participate in school events and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A degree in Music Education or a related field.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching music in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Musical Proficiency: Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and a strong understanding of music theory and history.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic

Salary: £33,050 - £42,000 per annum + Overtime at time and a half (reviewed after 3 month probation)

Monday - Friday (42.5 hours), weekend availability

Mid Devon District

We have an exciting opportunity for an Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic to join a dynamic team in the Mid Devon Area.

Due to the continued growth of the business and continued customer expansion, we are looking for a self-motivated Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic who thrives on independence and is eager to expand his/her technical skills.

The role on offer is varied and will require working within the depot and out in the field. The successful Agricultural Engineer/ Mechanic will be involved in supporting customer needs on all types of Agricultural machinery, to include fault finding, servicing and repairs.

If you are a Workshop Technician, Agricultural Mechanic, Service Engineer, HGV Mechanic, Construction Plant Fitter or Diesel Fitter / Mechanic and would like to join a thriving team within an established company, supporting customers across Devon and Somerset, then look no further!

Main Duties of Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic:

*Fault finding and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues in agricultural machinery and equipment.

*Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and inspection.

*Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools.

*Check and service all machinery at correct intervals

*Fabricating parts as needed using a variety of tools and machinery

*Keeping records of inspections, work performed, and parts used

*Always adhering to workplace health and safety regulations

*Liaising with suppliers to order parts required

*Plan and prioritise work to ensure correct machinery is ready when needed

Qualifications and Experience of Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic:

*City & Guilds or formally qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in vehicle repair & maintenance preferred or track record of previous relevant experience.

*Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical fitting knowledge

*Experience with CNH products and agricultural equipment is an advantage, but not essential.

*Background in Agriculture, Plant machinery, HGV or similar industries highly desired
