The role:

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you require experience working in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry, whilst also specifically having experience with doors/door fitting, access solutions, or a similar industry (fenestration, tec). You will also need to be a Qualified QS. You will be able to reference times you have led projects of varying size from inception to completion, whilst also being able to call upon cost control and tendering/negotiation experience.

You should hold a full UK Driving Licence and be happy to pass a security check ahead of employment, with the flexibility to attend site visits across the UK, which may occasionally include overnight stays. You should also be a UK resident as no VISA sponsorship will be offered in this role.
